SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION TURN AROUND TIME
 ECONOMY Drives are queued for recovery and examined in the order that they are received. Evaluations are normally completed within 3 - 5 Business days depending upon the workload and severity of damage to the hard drive. 11 - 20 Business Days
STANDARD Drives are queued for recovery and examined in the order that they are received. Evaluations are normally completed within 1 - 2 Business Days depending upon the workload and severity of damage to the hard drive.

 7 - 10  Business Days

EXPEDITED Drives are queued for recovery and a dedicated data recovery team will begin the evaluation process within 4 hours of receipt. Working during normal business hours, this team will be assigned to your project until completed. 2 - 7     Business Days
